On January 9, 2024, the Knesset held a discussion on the future of Israel’s relations with UNRWA due to the agency’s connection with terrorism.
JCPA President Dan Diker addressed the caucus, expressing the need to dismantle UNRWA, saying “UNRWA is a weaponized organization of the Iranian regime.”
The meeting was chaired by MK Sharren Haskel and included members of Knesset from both coalition and opposition parties, as well as diplomats from over 20 countries.
