Israeli MK Ze’ev Beni Begin points out that a prime difficulty in the peace process is that the Fatah charter fails to recognize Jewish rights to live in the State of Israel and calls for armed resistance against the “Zionist entity”.
His speech was part of a lecture on “Jerusalem as the Flashpoint in Palestinian-Israel Diplomacy,” delivered at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, April 22, 2010.
